3.1 Minimum Age. The kudaking Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the kudaking Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. kudaking does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk and in accordance with applicable laws in your location.
3.3 Verification. kudaking reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension and/or the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.
3.4 Underage Users. If kudaking determines that an Account is held by a person under the age of 21, the Account will be closed immediately. All deposits made by the underage user will be refunded to the original payment source, and any winnings generated will be forfeited in their entirety.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual person may hold only one (1) kudaking Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your Account. You are obligated to promptly update your account information if it changes. Accounts registered with false or misleading information are subject to immediate closure without notice.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kudaking login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any other authentication credential with any third party. kudaking accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 Account Closure by Member. Members may request closure of their kudaking Account at any time by contacting the Customer Support team. All pending wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be satisfied or the Bonus Funds forfeited before closure is completed. Real Money Funds remaining in the Wallet at the time of closure are eligible for withdrawal subject to standard verification procedures.
5.1 Supported Methods. kudaking accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and other methods as displayed in-platform. Payment methods available may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your kudaking Wallet upon confirmation of receipt by kudaking's payment processor. kudaking is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider. You must only fund your Account from payment methods registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. kudaking aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframe displayed in-platform, but does not guarantee processing times. kudaking reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC or AML checks.
5.4 Fees. kudaking does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges, for which kudaking bears no responsibility.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the kudaking Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied by kudaking. Any conversion costs incurred by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the Member.
6.1 General. kudaking may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion. Bonus Funds must be wagered the required number of times in eligible Games before any portion becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds are typically separated in the Wallet, with Real Money Funds used first.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. Any Member found to be exploiting promotions, engaging in arbitrage betting, or otherwise abusing kudaking's bonus system will have their Bonus Funds and any associated winnings forfeited. kudaking reserves the right to exclude any Member from future promotions at its sole discretion.
6.4 Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will expire as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically without notice or compensation.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game on the kudaking Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In all matters relating to game outcomes, the result recorded in kudaking's server logs shall be the definitive record. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on a Member's device and the server-side record, the server-side record shall prevail.
7.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error that affects game outcome or bet placement, kudaking reserves the right to void any bet or round affected by the error. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all kudaking games.
7.3 Disputes. Any dispute regarding game outcomes, bet settlements, or account transactions must be raised with kudaking Customer Support within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised outside this window may not be investigated. kudaking's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

12.2 kudaking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
12.3 In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, kudaking's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit kudaking's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
kudaking reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be notified to Members via email to the registered account address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction under which kudaking operates. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory. Nothing in this clause limits kudaking's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
